Insights from Metropolis Roundtable Discussion – Part 1 

Recently, Innovant had the privilege of hosting a roundtable discussion on the impact and opportunities of AI within the architecture and interior design professions. Metropolis editor in chief Avinash Rajagopal facilitated a dynamic conversation with a diverse group of 31 professionals, representing both small and large firms with varying degrees of AI engagement. This collaborative forum encouraged thoughtful dialogue, highlighting key themes and perspectives that emerged throughout the discussion. 

One of the central takeaways was the importance of human connection and creativity in the A&D community. While AI can present valuable options and insights, it is ultimately people who envision, refine, and select the best path forward. Every project benefits from the unique perspectives and input that only humans can provide, making each outcome truly distinctive.
