Luke Jarmula joined Innovant 21 years ago, coming directly from high school. During this time, he’s seen the business—and the industry—evolve dramatically. His work in research and development has been central to pushing innovation forward.
While his primary focus is engineering, Luke collaborates across teams to support product improvements, gather field feedback, and prototyping. His fingerprints can be found on some of Innovant’s most recognized products, including the award-winning CROSS Bench, which earned Best of NeoCon Gold in 2019.
Luke, a natural problem-solver, is driven by turning challenges into opportunities. Outside of work, he’s always up for an outdoor adventure—no matter the weather.
