Samantha Hansen has been with Innovant for more than 11 years, growing from an administrative role into senior leadership with Sales Operations. Today, she serves as both a Senior Account Manager and Team Lead, mentoring junior team members and guiding complex, large-scale projects with precision and care.
Sam loves getting into the details—collaborating closely with design firms and Innovant’s R&D, engineering, and production teams to develop custom solutions. Samantha has led high-profile projects for clients including Equinox, Related Companies, DC37, Goldman Sachs, and Point72.
Her favorite thing about Innovant? The people and the product. Working alongside a team she deeply respects, and delivering solutions she’s proud to stand beside from mock-up to final install.
An ardent Yankees fan, Sam roots for her beloved Yanks, attending 20 or more games a year.
