Created in collaboration with Gensler serving as product design consultant, Ready Bench is engineered to deliver intelligent aesthetics to the open-plan workplace.
A standout feature of Ready Bench is its sleek and sophisticated loop leg, designed to not only conceal the under-worksurface but also serve as a visually appealing end panel. By eliminating the traditional legginess of the workstation, Ready Bench delivers the sharp lines that serve as the foundation to a clean, polished workstation design.
Another key component of Ready Bench is its transom – above the worksurface: a privacy solution, below the worksurface: a path for cables to run seamlessly from the desktop to the under worksurface cable management solution. As a privacy solution, the transom can be uniquely activated with a range of material applications, such as writeable white board, tackable fabric, magnetic metal, among many others. As is always the case at Innovant, we are excited to work with client and design teams to tailor each component of the furniture and deliver a product that will ultimately fit the needs of users exactly.
Intelligent design brings a whole new level of sleekness and aesthetic appeal to Ready Bench’s workstation storage. The storage achieves a minimalist and clean look with fully inset drawer fronts and elegant pulls. The storage also captures and conceals the lifting legs to nest seamlessly under the worksurface. Adding to the sleek and polished look, storage is designed with an inset base to create the illusion of a floating unit.
Ready Bench further differentiates itself with its vast opportunity for aesthetic customization. The loop leg, constructed with a metal frame and a perforated metal inset, is fully customizable in color and finish. Similarly, the transom of Ready Bench presents an abundance of opportunities for unique finishes with applications in a wide range of materials, including magnetic powder coated metal, PET, corkboard, fabric, and many more.
